Welcome to Optimalvista! I’m Avi Patel, and for the past 6 years, I’ve been hands-deep in soil in my own backyard here in India growing vegetables, fruits, and experimenting with composting and fertilizers, learning through real trial and error what actually works versus what just sounds good on paper.

Optimalvista started because I got tired of gardening advice that was either too generic or too disconnected from real climates and real backyards. I wanted a place where every tip comes from someone who has actually tried it not just repackaged information.
